  Asari Dokubo Forms Biafra Customary Government (BCG) Asari Dokubo, leader of the Niger Delta Peoples Salvation Force, has declared the formation of Biafra Customary Government (BCG). Uche Mefor, BCG’s head of information and communications, said Dokubo also named those who would serve as leaders in the government alongside himself. BokoHaram cries as Nigerian military destroyes their camps with fighter jets.   Elements of Boko Haram Terrorists and their Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) counterparts operating along the fringes of the Lake Chad and the Tumbus met their waterloo when they encountered dogged troops of Sector 3 Operation Lafiya Dole on Saturday, 13 March, 2021.
